OT Lindsay Lohan appeared in court today to answer for charges that she violated parole by missing a hearing by claiming that her passport had been stolen and she was stuck in France. Lohan really turned on the waterworks (have always said she was a great actress...), but the judge wasn't buying it. She basically said Lohan had shown disregard for the court, etc and that she wasn't in compliance with the court conditions that had previously been set for her.
Lisa Bloom (daughter to Gloria Allred; draw your own conclusions..) and her client, Michael Lohan were both at the hearing...
Lohan's lawyer Shawn Holley went toe to toe with prosecutor Danette Meyer, but at the end of the day...
Judge Marsha Revel remained tight-lipped and commanding (as evidenced by her dark eyeliner and no nonesense bangs). She ended up sentencing la lohan to 90 days in the pokey and 90 days in rehab afterwards...
